Where Children Flourish as Themselves
We believe each child is already whole and wonderful. Our job is simply to create a space where their natural curiosity can unfold, where they feel deeply seen and loved, and where learning feels as natural as breathing.
Learning the Montessori Way
What Makes Our Community Special
Every day, we're amazed by the children in our care. Here's what we've learned creates the best environment for them to grow and flourish.
Each Child is Unique
We see and celebrate who each child truly is. Their pace, their interests, their way of learning—it's all honored here.
Everyone Belongs
Our classroom thrives because of our differences. Every child, every family, every way of being—you belong in our community.
Learning Should Be Accessible
Beautiful education shouldn't depend on family income. We work with each family to make this possible.
Growing Together
Children, families, and teachers—we're all learning and growing alongside each other in this beautiful journey.
What Families Say
Hear from parents who have experienced the Spicebush difference
"Spicebush Montessori is deeply committed to providing a safe space for children to thrive in their community—exactly as they are. When I’m there, I see curious, compassionate, kind, considerate, focused kids who grow individually and within their community every single day. My only wish? That my child could stay there beyond age six."Manisha A.

"My daughter had a wonderful time at Spicebush Montessori School. She has learned and grown so much during her time here. The teachers were kind, attentive and truly cared about each child’s development. We appreciated the emphasis on independence and hands-on learning, which helped my child build confidence and curiosity. The school provided a nurturing environment that felt safe and welcoming. We are grateful for the care and dedication of the staff. Thank you for giving her such a strong foundation."Madeleine S.

"We absolutely love Spicebush! My child was of the first group of students and it was his first time at any formal school— the transition couldn’t have gone more smoothly. He loved his time there and we’re sad that it had to come to an end. We love how accepting and understanding Spicebush teachers are. The team understands that kids need play and are super flexible. So glad to be hanging around longer as his younger sister makes her entry at Spicebush!"Danielle S.
